MSP first contracted with ServiceTec to provide comprehensive level 1, 2 and 3 support services and network management on a range of systems, including INFAX FIDS monitors, Videcom SEATS and IBM CUSS Kiosks. Subsequently, the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) contracted with ServiceTec to provide analyst expertise to supplement the in-house support of the Humphrey Terminal common-use environment, including the provision of a Network Administrator certified on the ULTRA CUSE and MUFIDS systems. At the request of MSP, ServiceTec was asked to manage the new multi-million dollar Ultra CUSE project. In cooperation with Ultra-AS, ServiceTec designed the new networks for Ultra CUSE and AODB/MUFIDS and specified all of the hardware and servers to be used on the new Ultra systems.
In 2008, ServiceTec was requested to provide two Systems Analysts to work directly with the MAC’s own team. This agreement has recently been extended for a further 3 years.
The successful relationship between ServiceTec and the MAC continues today with the addition of other projects and support services.
